故障描述：

一台老物理服务器搬迁，启动操作系统后尝试启动数据库报错

看这个日志我们可以发现日期明显不对，跟当前时间相差九年

问题处理：

查询根据报错信息ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcm_headroom_warn_1]查询MOS，因为时间相差过大导致数据库scn号出了问题，数据库无法启动，需要修改操作系统时间
