This stand-alone installer will download all Anritsu software needed to install your chosen PC Tools software, and do so all in one file. This is ideal if you will be doing the installation on a computer without internet access. Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 computers may still need internet access to download the Microsoft .NET 3.5 suite of support files.
