(Eagle's syndrome)

是指由于茎突形态、长度、方位

异常和（或）茎突舌骨韧带骨化而引起的一系列症状称为茎突过长综

合征或茎突综合征

( Styloid process syndrome,SPS)

，最早是由

Watt 

Eagle

在

1937

年首先阐述，故又称

Eagle 

综合征。

临床表现：

Cranial nerve impingement 

神经压迫症状

Patients 

can 

have 

symptoms 

related 

to 

compression 

and 

irritation of cranial nerves in the region (cranial nerves V, VII, IX 

and X) such as: 

•

facial pain while turning the head

转动头部时面部疼痛

•

dysphagia

吞咽困难

•

foreign body sensation

咽异物感

•

pain on extending tongue

伸舌痛

•

change in voice

声音改变

•

sensation of hypersalivation

唾液分泌增多

•

tinnitus or otalgia

耳鸣或耳痛

On 

palpation 

of

symptoms 

should 

ideally be exacerbated.
