一项非随机、开放标签的Ib期研究由北京大学肿瘤医院沈琳教授团队开展。

基于既往针对晚期神经内分泌肿瘤的治疗选择十分有限的临床背景，结合JS001是一项针对PD-L1和PD-L2的PD-1单克隆抗体这一机理，从而探索JS001治疗晚期神经内分泌肿瘤患者的疗效与安全性。

该项研究将在ESMO年会进行口头报告，具体结果本报还将继续跟踪报道，敬请期待。

2018CSCO年会的创新药物临床研究数据专场当中，由北京大学肿瘤医院郭军教授公布了全球首个PD-1单抗联合抗血管靶向药物治疗晚期黑色素瘤的临床研究——JS001联合阿昔替尼用于晚期粘膜黑色素瘤一线治疗的剂量递增Ib期临床研究。

该研究发现PD-1抗体JS001联合抗血管靶向药物阿昔替尼联合用于未接受任何治疗的晚期粘膜黑色素瘤患者获得显著疗效，客观缓解率（ORR）达到60.6%，总体不良反应可耐受，为晚期粘膜黑色素瘤的治疗探索出一条有效的方法，为探索晚期粘膜黑色素瘤的治疗发出了中国之声。
