Through this opportunity, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) seeks applications for funding to support efforts by state, tribal, and local governments to establish and enhance community courts in their jurisdictions.

Solicitation Categories:

Category 1 - Planning and Implementation Category 2 - Enhancement

Eligible Applicants:

City or township governments County governments Native American tribal governments (federally recognized) State governments Other State, city, township, county, or tribal government acting directly or through agreements with other public or private entities on behalf of a single community court

On April 12, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. ET, BJA will host a webinar to provide a detailed overview of this opportunity. Registration details will be posted when available.
