when searching for solutions solving the problem of my iphone freezes during its update to a new ios system, I was brought to a webpage, where IMyfone Fixppo was offered as the “best way to fix iPhone freezes during “IOS 13/12/11.4/11.3 update”. it turned out that the webpage was also run my IMyFone. I thought I would give it a go, so I downloaded this app from their website, paid for a one-year standard plan, since the free trial version they offered did not offer the “fix your iPhone problems” option. After running it by following instructions, my phone stays as frozen as before. I've since tried to contact them, expecting them to at least provide me with some further technical support. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Very disappointing!

i bought a software from you for one User, it didn't do the job that you said it does

worst than that is your support who respond to no email i sent although i send the appropriate evidence (screenshot) but nothing from your support

i had to open a case with pay-pal to refund my money back ($39.95)

it wasn't my intention to leave you because i need your software to my work but your level professionalism is lower than i thought

you need to maintain a level of professionalism to compete against the big companies

Program didn't work and Absolutely shocking customer services.

The system crashed every time that i tried to restore my WhatsApp from backup. Customer services took a few days each time to respond to my problems and always asked for logs which I always sent. They said they will refund me if they can't resolve (this was around a month ago) however they have not and since taken a further £29 from my account. Absolutely awful and would run a mile if anyone wishing to use their WhatsApp itransor program.
