要访问此命令...

「表格数据」栏和「表单设计」栏上的「排序」图标。

排序

可以仅按单个条件用「升序排序」和「降序排序」功能进行排序，也可以在「排序顺序」对话框中组合多个条件。

您可以通过「重置筛选/排序」图标移除已执行的排序。

在此区域中输入排序条件。如果在「之后」中输入其他排序条件，那么符合更高级比诶排序条件的数据将按照下一个条件进行排序。

如果把数据字段「名字」升序排序而把数据字段「姓氏」降序排序，那么全部数据条目按名字升序排序并在名字内部再一次按姓氏降序排序。

指定数据字段的名称，将按照此字段的内容进行排序。

指定排序顺序 (向上或向下)。

指定针对其他字段的下一级排序条件。
