Oh - maybe it's not well known in French; "bitch" in English is *extremely" rude, far stronger than "cow". The only worse word really would be the literal translation of "conne" and that's about the most offensive word in the English language. ;-)
It's curious that "avoir du chien" translates as "foxy" whereas "dog" in English would mean "ugly" (in the meanest way possible, a bit like "thon") and "bitch" is just horrible!
Oh "bien foutu" means handsome? I never knew... A bit like well put together/made/built.
Yes, "creux" seems to be used a fair bit to intensify the "in" of " in my arms" etc. It doesn't seem to have a direct translation.
