招标面积：本项目展陈招标建筑面积共计约4.3万平方米，其中陈列展览主展区约3.5万平方米、科普教育辅助展区约8000平方米。 Tender Area: The total floor area of the tender for exhibition design of this project is about 43000 square meters, among which the major exhibition area is about 35000 square meters and the scientific education auxiliary exhibition area is about 8000 square meters.

招标范围为展陈初步设计（含概算）阶段，涵盖各标段设计范围内的展厅整体规划、展陈初步设计、展览概算编制、效果监理等。工作范围包括标段内所有常设专题展厅、临时展厅、科普教育辅助展区、公共空间辅助展区（即展厅之外可用于展示的区域，例如走廊、坡道等）。 The tender scope is the exhibition design (schematic design with detailing level that meets the need for cost estimation), including overall planning, exhibition design development, cost estimation and installation/construction inspection within the design area of each tender lot. The work scope includes all permanent exhibition halls, temporary exhibition halls, the scientific education auxiliary exhibition area and the auxiliary exhibition areas in public spaces (which refers to those areas that could be used for exhibition outside the halls, e.g. corridors and slopes, etc.).

展陈初步设计的工作内容主要包括但不限于完成各标段展厅的展览整体规划、环境设计、展品展项设计、概算编制及概算申报配合等，即各展区总体设计风格、展示构成、展示技术、展示形式、展项的表达方式、专业展柜设计、专业展示灯光设计、环境氛围的渲染、观众服务以及展区的参观流线等；以及与深化设计（施工图设计）单位的技术交底、设计变更衔接，配合现场搭建、工程集成调试、声光调试，配合招标人在各阶段的报批、评审，协助相关项目的招标。设计成果应满足后续展陈施工图设计的需求。具体以正式招标文件及设计任务书为准。 The major task of the exhibition design development includes but is not limited to overall planning, environmental design, exhibits design, cost estimation and cooperating in cost approval of each tender lot, i.e. the overall design style, display composition, display techniques, display forms, expression of the exhibits, professional display units design, professional display lighting design, environment and atmosphere, circulations of visitors and services, etc. The task also includes briefing the technical hand-over documents and coordinating the design variations at the detailed design (shop drawings design) phase, and cooperating in installation, engineering integration as well as the sound and lighting system debugging, etc. The design team will have to cooperate with the tenderee in the application for official design development approvals and the tenders at the next stages. The design deliverables shall meet the requirements of the follow-up shop drawings design. The tender requirements are subject to the final official tender documents.
