要】

The lofting design and expanded blanking of sheet metal parts is 

an important part of the product development and production 

process.Through the manual lofting drawing expansion graph,the 

traditional cutting material is heavy workload and low efficiency.Use 3D 

software SolidWorks sheet metal module on 90 degrees three quarter 

elbow of reducing elbow aided lofting design.The material can be easily 

expanded,and the production efficiency is improved.The practice proves 

that 3D software aided lofting expansion method compared with the 

traditional sheet metal lofting method has the ad-vantage of precise 

design,fast operation and easy modification.%
