此次总结表彰会主要包括三部分：“优秀教练员”授予仪式，教练团团长代表分享总结以及郭主任、张书记发言环节。

The ceremony consisted of three parts --- the awarding ceremony of the "Excellent Coaches", the sharing by the representative of the coaching team and the speeches by Director Guo and Secretary Zhang.

经过三个月的历练，英语系晨读教练团的团长们最终走上了领奖台，领取他们通过积极努力，顽强拼搏而取得的沉甸甸的收获。这收获饱含了学校系里给予的殷切希望，饱含了各位老师的辛勤汗水，饱含了各位同学孜孜不倦的追求与奋斗。在表彰会上，徐加俊书记和郭玉鑫主任为各位团长授予“优秀教练员”称号，颁发荣誉证书及精美礼品并合影留念。全体人员用掌声和微笑为各位团长表示祝贺。

After three months of training, the members of the Morning Reading Coaching Team finally took to the podium to collect the heavy harvest they had achieved through their hard work and perseverance. This harvest is full of the great hope given by the school and the department, the hard work and sweat of the teachers, and the tireless pursuit and struggle of all the students. At the commendation ceremony, Secretary Xu Jiajun and Director Guo Yuxin awarded the title of "Excellent Coach" to the heads, presented them with honorary certificates and beautiful gifts and took a group photo. All of us congratulated the leaders with applause and smiles.

紧接着，六位晨读教练团团长代表开始分享自己的心得体会。相较于第一次上台时的局促和紧张，大家变得更自信、更自然。每一个人都认真分享了自己在这学期带领各班晨读时遇到的难忘经历和感悟——有相互学习，取得进步的成就感；有提前备课，站上讲台的责任感；也有教授同学，探讨问题的信念感等等。

Immediately afterwards, the six representatives of the Morning Reading Coaching Team leaders began to share their experiences. Compared to the first time when they were nervous and rushed on stage, everyone became more confident and natural. The morning reading for each class this term was marked by the careful sharing of their unforgettable experiences and insights, which included the sense of accomplishment gained from learning and progress, the responsibility of preparing the lesson beforehand, and the conviction of teaching students and discussing problems.

仪式过程中，团员们真挚地分享心得体会，散发出的积极能量和情绪相互感染，大家都情不自禁地鼓起了掌。

All the team members exuded a sense of genuine happiness and positivity as they shared their experiences during the ceremony, leading to collective applause.

随后，郭主任对大家的表现和进步做出了肯定，表扬了各位团长在平时晨读中尽职尽责，认真地带领同学们进行激情晨读。团长们在郭主任和孙老师的带领下，又一次鼓掌，将掌声送给认真负责的自己，也送给认真进行晨读的同学们。同时，郭主任也指出了团员的变化不仅在于语音面貌的提高，还有自信心和组织能力的提高。郭主任向每一位团员表达了美好祝愿，愿大家越来越好，取得更大的成就，变得更自信更优秀。

Director Guo commended the members for their dedication and commitment in leading the students with enthusiasm in their regular morning readings, acknowledging everyone's good work. The team members, led by Director Guo and Ms. Sun, applauded once again, giving applause to themselves for their conscientiousness and responsibility, and to the students who were serious about their morning reading. At the same time, Director Guo also pointed out that the changes in the corps members were not only in the improvement of their phonetic appearance, but also in their self-confidence and organizational skills. All of the team received good wishes from Director Guo, who wished them all continued growth and success, as well as greater confidence in their abilities and self-assurance.

仪式进行时，校党委张书记也表达了对团员们的肯定，同时也提出了建议。张书记认为团员们还有提升空间，可以通过转换语音练习模式，跟随音频材料朗读等方法培养英语语境，从而更进一步提高自己的语音面貌。

As the ceremony progressed, Secretary Zhang also expressed his recognition of the team members, as well as offering advice. Secretary Zhang believed that there was still room for improvement and that the team members could further improve their phonetic outlook by shifting their phonetic practice patterns and developing an English context by reading aloud to audio materials.

仪式接近尾声，校党委张书记，英语系徐书记，英语系主任郭玉鑫老师，英语系辅导员丛伟老师，孙静蔚老师以及晨读教练团全体成员进行最后的合影留念。

Towards the end of the ceremony, Secretary Zhang, Secretary Xu, Director Guo, Counselor Cong, Ms. Sun and all the members of the Morning Reading Coaching Team took a final group photo.

本学期英语系英语地带晨读圆满结束，希望英语系的同学们能加强学习，不断提高自身水平，不断更新，不断超越，不断成长，蓄势待发！积极展现出我们英语系热情饱满的精气神，积极展现出我们龙外朝气蓬勃的精气神！

The English Department's English Zone Morning Reading has come to a successful end this term. We hope that our English students will strengthen their studies, keep improving themselves, keep updating, keep surpassing, keep growing, and build up their momentum! We hope that the English Department will continue to improve, to grow and to grow, and to show our enthusiasm and vigour!
