Objective of the Position / 岗位目标 Responsible for providing high-quality solid mechanics computer simulation and theory analysis results in support of the Saint-Gobain Research (Shanghai) Center. 为圣戈班研发（上海）提供优质的固体力学计算机模拟仿真服务和理论分析。 Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)/ 主要职责（时间占比、工作职责） 1. (5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。 2. Model Development and Set-Up (45%).  Develop and apply state-of-the-art simulation methods (finite element, analytic, closed-form) to establish thermo/optical/mechanical condition of materials/products in process/application. Perform QA to ensure accuracy of analysis results.  The incumbent should carry out all phases of these tasks with minimal supervision.  建模和求解 (45%).  发展或应用最新的仿真技术(有限元,解析解,封闭解) ,对生产过程中的热,力, 光问题进行分析. 对结果进行检查,确保准确.员工应能很独立地完成这项任务。 3. Qualifications/ 任职要求 1.  Ph.D., majored in Solid Mechanics/material science/mechanical engineering/applied mechanics or relevant areas拥有高等工程学历，博士，力学/材料科学/机械工程及相关专业 2.  0-5 years of industrial experience. 0~5年工业领域经验 3. Be familiar with Computer simulation software (e.g.: Ansys, Abaqus, COMSOL Multiphysics, etc.). 熟悉计算机仿真软件 (e.g. Ansys, Abaqus, COMSOL Multiphysics, etc.).  4. Experience about test experiments and theory analysis preferred 有测试实验和理论分析相关经验优先 5. Fluent English 英语流利 6. Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills思维开放有创新性，积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力
