1. Qualification requirement of applicants
1.1 Applicants must submit all of the following three documents in which at least 2 out of 3 score results must meet the requirements. 1.1.1 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following English Proficiency tests: TOEFL (Paper-based) not lower than 550 or TOEFL (Internet-based) not lower than 79 or IELTS not lower than 6.0 or SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) not lower than 500 or CU-TEP (Chulalongkorn University Test of English Proficiency) not lower than 80 or DET (Duolingo English Test) not lower than 1101.1.2 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following Mathematics tests: CU-AAT (Chulalongkorn University Academic Aptitude Test) (Math Section) not lower than 450 or SAT (Math) not lower than 490 or SAT II (Subject Test) (Math Level 2) not lower than 6001.1.3 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following Science tests: CU-ATS (Aptitude Test for Science of Chulalongkorn University) (Chemistry) not lower than 380 or SAT II (Subject Test) (Chemistry) not lower than 560 or AP Chemistry not lower than 3 or IB Chemistry not lower than 4 or AS/A Level Chemistry not lower than C or GED (Science Subject) not lower than 160 or GPAX on Chemistry Subject from High School Level (or from grade 10 to 12) at least 3 credits (on scale of 4.00) not lower than 2.75 or GPAX on Science Subject from High School Level (or from grade 10 to 12) at least 3 credits (on scale of 4.00) not lower than 2.751.2 Applicants who meet only 2 out of the 3 requirements from item 1.1 are still required to achieve a minimum score in item 1.2: 1.2.1 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following English Proficiency tests: TOEFL (Paper-based) not lower than 500 or TOEFL (Internet-based) not lower than 61 or IELTS not lower than 5.5 or SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) not lower than 450 or CU-TEP (Chulalongkorn University Test of English Proficiency) not lower than 61 or DET (Duolingo English Test) not lower than 951.2.2 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following Mathematics tests: CU-AAT (Chulalongkorn University Academic Aptitude Test) (Math Section) not lower than 400 or SAT (Math) not lower than 440 or SAT II (Subject Test) (Math Level 2) not lower than 5701.2.3 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following Science tests: CU-ATS (Chulalongkorn University of Aptitude Test for Science) (Chemistry) not lower than 340 or SAT II (Subject Test) (Chemistry) not lower than 520 or AP Chemistry not lower than 2 or IB Chemistry not lower than 3 or AS/A Level Chemistry not lower than D or GED (Science Subject) not lower than 145 or GPAX on Chemistry Subject from High School Level (or from grade 10 to 12) at least 3 credits (on scale of 4.00) not lower than 2.50 or GPAX on Science Subject from High School Level (or from grade 10 to 12) at least 3 credits (on scale of 4.00) not lower than 2.50The official score reports of the tests in 1.1.1, 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 or 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 are valid only if the tests were taken no more than two years prior to the application deadline. 3. Have good behavior and be willing to comply with the rules and codes of Chulalongkorn University. Applicants must pay the application fee in cash directly at any branch of the Siam Commercial Bank. Payment must be accompanied by the Payment Form and made within the payment period specified. After making payment, students must keep the “For Applicant” section of payment form, submit a copy of this section with the Application Form to the BSAC International Office. The receipts will be issued and given on the day of interview. Application packageApplicants must submit the required documents with the complete application form as follows: Three recent one-inch (1″) photographs An official high school transcript Documents of qualifications according to items 1.1 A letter of certification of student status from the applicant’s school (requirement for those in Grade 12) One copy of identify card or passport for foreign students the applicant’s passport A copy of the application payment slip (For Applicant)Incomplete application package will not be considered. The Application Payment – 1,000 baht (US$30). Please note that, application fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.
