Reagan Carl Burnett Frank Enea Neil Adams/Ultralak (formerly) Victor Stone/Cyborg Physical Appearance(s)[] William "Billy": William has long wavy red hair and a red beard, and wears a car shop jumpsuit. When he transforms into the magical reality of The Night Begins to Shine, he changes into a robot, though his still has flowing red hair. His robotic parts are a light shade of pink. He wears blue pants with a belt buckle that has an "R" on it, and purple boots. Carl: Carl is mostly bald with three strands of hair at the back of his head. He wears a black shirt and blue jeans. When he transforms, he changes into an astronaut wearing a belt buckle with a "B" on it. Frank: Frank has shaggy brown hair. He wears a navy blue, button-up shirt and blue jeans. When he transforms, he changes into a turquoise eagle that wears a pink shirt, vest, and blue pants with a belt buckle that has a "E" on it. Episode Appearances[] The Story in Your Eyes (William J. B.E.R.'s name comes from the band members' last name initials. The "B" stands for Burnett, the "E" stands for Enea and the "R" stands for Reagan. Later on in the sequel special, it is revealed that former fourth member Neil Adams played rhythm guitar for the band. If his last initial was added, it would spell B. E. A. R. It is unknown if Adams was ever actually included in the band’s name. Adams seemed to take on a very minor role in the band, not being involved in songwriting at all. This may have led to his feeling of inferiority that pushed him to seek power and later quit the band and become Ultralak. B.E.R. have taken a non-interference approach to The Dimension of the Night Shines according to the official trailer for the The Night Begins to Shine 2, despite having originally said they needed the dimension in the same way it needed them.
