Observation of the Automotive Market to find interesting competitor products in matters of commercial and technical interest Spread the benchmark results to different communities (even cross divisional) e.g. via 2. GoBench Database. Drive identification of Best Practice Solutions and comparison with internal solutions Cooperate with target costing to support cost breakdown of Products to find economically better solutions. Moderation and Communication between Customer Segments, Product Development Center, Core Development and Manufacturing Technologies. Build a benchmark roadmap including a competitor landscape in cooperation with the sales community. Support the generation and execution of DTC and ReDTC ideas Identification and Adaption of Best Practice Solutions out-of Benchmark results and introduction to the Workshop Team. Monitor and track Benchmark Results. Spread Benchmark Results to different communities.
