Job Description:

1. Responsible for the company's medical and surgical latex gloves product development and technology improvement (batching technology, production process technology);

2. Connect with international major customers of the company's products.

Job Requirements:

1. Experienced in the production of medical surgical latex gloves and examination gloves of American market & European market, familiar with EN 455 medical surgical gloves standard and ASTMD3578-01 standard;

2. More than 8 years of working experience in large (more than 10 lines) latex glove production enterprises, mastering the batching technology of latex gloves, production process technology management;

3. Experience in docking with Hartmann, Mailang, Maison and other international customers or with top international glove manufacturers;

4. Good communication skills .
