急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukaemia, AML）是一种主要见于老年人的危及生命的血液系统恶性肿瘤。

存在许多亚型；急性早幼粒细胞白血病（acute promyelocytic leukaemia, APML）可能与危及生命的凝血异常相关。

典型特征为骨髓中（某些情况下为外周血和髓外组织中）存在异常原始细胞，正常造血功能降低。

诊断检查包括骨髓穿刺和环钻活检。细胞遗传学分析和分子基因检测可为预后提供信息，可能也有助于指导首选治疗。

大多数患者接受化疗诱导和巩固化疗方案。造血干细胞移植也可用于挑选过的患者。
