要】

Objective To investigate whether Tanshinone ( Tan) ⅡA can 

inhibit osteosarcoma cells proliferation and migration by downregulating 

KLF-4. Methods The cells were treated with different concentrations of 

TanⅡA, MTT were used to investigate the proliferation of osteosarcoma 

cells. Transwell chambers and wound healing were employed to test the 

migratory ability of osteosarcoma cells. Western blotting used to 

investigate the expressions of p21, PCNA, ki-67, COL1A1, COL1A5, MMP-2, 

MMP-9, KLF-4 in osteosarcoma cells. After KLF-4 was transfected into 

osteo-sarcoma cells, the metheods were used again to test the 

proliferation and migration ability of osteosarcoma cells. Re-sults
